The Eastern Economic Forum is an annual event designed to promote economic development in Russia’s Far East and is renowned for bringing together business leaders, policymakers, and experts from around the world. This year’s roadshow in China will explore investment potential and economic synergies between Russia’s eastern regions and China’s major provinces, Guangdong and Heilongjiang.
The Russian delegation, consisting of senior officials and influential business figures from the Far East, will engage with their Chinese counterparts to identify and discuss new avenues for economic cooperation. The theme for this year is “The Far East in 2030: Joining Efforts, Creating Opportunities,” with a focus on innovative technologies, transportation, and energy.
In addition to business discussions, the forum will feature rich cultural and sports programs. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the Far Eastern Street exhibition, which showcases the cultures of the Far East and participating countries.
