- Capital of MRO 3 million–7 million (300,000-700,000 New Ouguiyas): 1%.

File the single form (“Formulaire Unique”) with the One-Stop Shop (Guichet Unique)

This form requires all the information required by the all the agencies (Business Registry, Tax Department, Caisse Nationale de Sécurité Sociale (CNSS), notification of business commencement).
