Register company at Guichet Unique de formalité des Entreprises (GUFE)

The Guichet Unique de formalité des Entreprises (GUFE) allows for the registration at the commercial registry.
Entrepreneurs must submit 3 copies of the articles of association of the company.
The sworn declaration (declaration sur l’honneur) is completed at the GUFE. Entrepreneurs will need to send a copy of their criminal record within 75 days. The record is issued directly by the National Court.
